At The Hamlet Preschool, we operate on a 1:3 staffing ratio, ensuring each child receives personalised attention in a nurturing and attentive environment. Our team is caring, professional, and dedicated to supporting every child’s growth and development.

All our staff hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, are trained in safeguarding, and are fully qualified in First Aid. Most of our team have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, with some working towards it, and some hold a Level 6 Early Years degree.

We encourage our staff to attend professional development courses and training sessions. This commitment ensures our team continually expands their knowledge, enabling us to provide the highest quality care and education for your child.
